Pearl Markland, one of the shining CNA’s at Martine Center on Tibbits Avenue in White Plains, was just named the December 2019 Employee of the Month. According to a number of the staffers at the facility, Ms. Markland is highly admired among her fellow colleagues at this 200-bed nursing and rehabilitation four-star facility. They also say that her residents just love being around her. “She is definitely one of the finest here,” said Nora Ruth Eusebio, Martine Center’s Director of Nursing. “She is extremely well-liked and does the work always with a smile.
